| Severance
Package Negotiation If you feel you have been wrongfully
terminated and your employer has offered you an unsatisfactory
severance package or none at all, the law firm of Schall
& Barasch may be able to help. Schall & Barasch has extensive
experience negotiating enhanced severance packages when
an employer has potentially violated state and federal

| Schall &
Barasch has an established record of representing employees
whose freedom to seek new employment is bound up by a
non-compete agreement. We believe such agreements are
generally designed by employers to stifle competition,
are contrary to the public interest of the citizens of
this State, and are being abused more and more often by
employers, causing enormous hardship to employees. Schall
& Barasch litigated before the New Jersey Supreme Court
the case of Maw v. Advanced Clinical Communications, Inc.,
which, although ultimately unsuccessful, represented a
ground-breaking effort to stop the forced imposition of
non-compete agreements upon innocent employees. For more
information about that case, please click
